It is imperative that we work together to ensure the success of each campaign. We must ensure that each girl is aware of the following in order for her to be well informed, comfortable and safe:

• Specific job responsibilities or important information.
• Name of the on-site contact with phone number.
• Must have parking as close to entrance as possible and a chaperone upon leaving (for safety).
• All parking costs must be provided/reimbursed by client.
• Must ensure promotion venue is a safe environment.
• Must provide us with any necessary product required for promotion (i.e.: product, logo wear, promotional giveaways, etc) at the latest 48 hours prior to event. This ensures proper brand recognition on-site and a smooth promo.
